The prices are valid from January 1st, 2017. Minimum 3 nights.
25 € per night per person for a minimum of 2 nights (overnight stay).
20 € per night per person starting from the third night (overnight stay) .
30 € per night per person with full use of the facility kitchen included.
One night only:
35 € per person (overnight stay)
45 € per only one night per person with full use of the facility kitchen included.
For one night only wset a price based on the number of people.
Breakfast is not included on the price.
We deliver a breakfast basket on demand at the price of 5 € per person.
Bed sheets and complete use of the facility, dishes, washing machine, radio, outdoor area, canopy, barbecue, deck chairs, beach umbrella and hydromassage are included in the price!!!!
Light, water and gas consumption are not included in the price and they will be counted separately by reading the counters at the arrival and departure moments of the guest.
A common rate will be applied.
The facility has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, a garage for two cars,
a terrace, a wide parking lot and some bicycles you can use for short tours in the area.
For numerous groups a guarantee deposit will be demanded.
Pets are allowed only in the designated outside area for the price of 5 € per day.
Under no circumstances, pets can enter the house.
Dogs must be lead around the courtyard by a leash because of the peculiarity of the facility.
In the case the reservation is canceled, the amount deposited as down payment will not be refunded unless different settlements.
The prices are valid with the exclusion of national holidays (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, August 15th, etc.) and sports events.
They may also vary depending on the number of people and the duration of the stay.
The more you are the less you pay!
